Join us online for a special event celebrating the publication of The Sacred Everyday, the latest poetry collection from bestselling editor and award-winning poet James Crews.

A soul-sustaining collection to turn to when you need strength and clarity, The Sacred Everyday invites us to pause, awaken to our surroundings, and find wonder in the everyday. Bringing together 98 uplifting poems and ten reflective pauses for journaling and meditation, it reminds us that the smallest moments of deep attention can also be the most joyful and nourishing.

Hosted by Katie Dunstan, bookseller and Poetry Pharmacist at our London shop, the event will include readings from James's new book, followed by a conversation exploring his creative practice, the inspiration behind The Sacred Everyday, the ideas that run through his work, and how poetry can help us cultivate a deeper sense of connection with nature, one another and the world we inhabit.

There will also be time for a live Q&A, giving you the chance to ask James your own questions.

Whether you're a long-time reader of James's work or discovering his poetry for the first time, join us for an hour of thoughtful and inspiring conversation.

You will be sent via email a Google Meet link to join the conversation when you purchase a ticket.
