We charge a Flat Rate per total order. 

UK ORDERS - We aim to send all orders within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This costs £3.95

EU ORDERS - We aim to send all orders via Royal Mail International Tracked. This costs £10.70

CANADA ORDERS - We aim to send all orders within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail International Tracked. This costs CAD28.00

REST OF THE WORLD - We aim to send all orders within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail International Tracked. Postage costs will be calculated at check out in your local currency. 

USA ORDERS – We aim to send all orders within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Our working days are Monday - Friday, excluding any UK Bank Holidays. 

Orders placed after 1.00pm (UK time) on Fridays will be processed the next working day. 

Please note: UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days and may delay dispatch.

Import Duty

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Delays and Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or postal delays—especially during peak seasons.
