Job description
We are seeking to recruit two part time and one full-time bookseller for the new Poetry Pharmacy inside Lush on Oxford Street, opening June 1st
Essential
a passion for books and reading, particularly poetry
the ability to talk easily with customers
a flair for customer service
hard-working
Like to have
Previous bookselling experience, ideally with working knowledge of Gardlink stock control systems, although training will be provided
Happy to assist in our coffee shop from time to time
Ability to work flexible shifts
Host author events
Comfortable using social media to help promote the business
Must be available to start work for training from May 27th

Job description
We are seeking to recruit 2 part time and one full-time baristas for the new Poetry Pharmacy inside Lush on Oxford Street, opening June 1st
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to work in our Dispensary Coffee Shop as part of the new Poetry Pharmacy bookshop situated within Lush on Oxford Street. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the coffee shop.
Responsibilities include:
Excellent customer service at all times
Ordering of goods and ingredients
Preparing fresh baked goods daily
Opening up and closing down
Ensuring the store operates safely following all Food Hygiene standards
Essential
Experience: Hospitality and barista training
Grinding and brewing coffee
To consistently provide well-crafted, beautifully presented, and tasty beverages
The ability to work flexible hours and shifts which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
Contributing to a positive and friendly work environment
Must be available to start work for training from May 27th
Like to have
An interest in poetry
Creative ideas for developing the business
